Therapy - For children & young people
With therapy for children and young people, both your child and your family will get the help and support that you may lack.
Therapy for children and young people can:
- Help you/your child to understand the sensitivity of the child, and help you to deal with this sensitivity.
- Create an understanding of action and reaction patterns, inappropriate as well as resource-oriented.
- Remedy for a better balance and more harmonious family dynamics with mutual understanding and respect.
- Give you tools to handle the more spiritual experiences and abilities of the child.
Via my skills, experience and knowledge within shock/trauma, anxiety, developmental disorders, ICD-10 diagnoses such as ADHD, nervousness, sensitivity, anxiety etc., as well as of course my intuitive abilities, help you as a family to cooperate better, so that your child will get the best possible support.
The session can help you to understand each other and support each other in a new way, while the child may gain a new and healthier understanding of himself and his reaction patterns.
Furthermore, the child can gain a greater understanding of himself, his sensitivity and his intuitive mind, provided that the child is sensitive and/or spiritually open.
ABOUT THE SESSION - FOR CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE
The session can basically go two ways, depending on what you need.
We can go the more psychological or the more spiritual path.
The common denominator, however, is that many of the children/young people who come to this session with their parents have been inside the "system" for a long time, and have had to talk to many about the challenges they experience. This can either be spiritual contact that can be difficult to deal with, or developmental difficulties, such as tackled with the help of a school psychologist or similar.
That is why I make sure that the session for the child does not become "another one of those conversations with an adult that you have to talk to about how you are feeling."
SPIRITUALLY:
All children are born spiritual.
Some of these children have a natural openness to the spiritual world, since some of them have psychic abilities.
Some children are just particularly sensitive, and are therefore extra sensual.
Other children have direct psychic abilities, which enable them to achieve contact with the spiritual world, e.g. by being clairvoyant or mediums.
The spiritual children are early influenced by the spiritual world, which most often starts at the age of 3-5. At this age, the child begins to react to "something that is not there", which is most often loved ones who have died, and physical phenomena can also occur. The child will respond to this with either security or insecurity depending on how the parents respond to the spiritual activity.
The particularly sensitive children do not necessarily need to have psychic abilities and the ability to contact the spiritual world. With their sensitivity, however, they can only be receptive to other people's moods, and are generally very easily influenced by moods and emotions, but can also react strongly to special sounds, smells or lights.
Regardless of the spirituality or sensitivity, there is nothing abnormal about the child. On the contrary, it is as normal as anything can be and is a gift that must be learned to be handled in such a way that one can live with it.
During a course, the child learns to stand stronger in himself via, among other things, healing, as well as advice on good techniques and exercises to be able to be in himself.
Depending on the child's age, the parents will be advised about how the child can best be supported, and what you as a parent can work on yourself, for the benefit and happiness of the child.
Therefore, a consultation usually takes place with healing for the child, conversation, clairvoyant "scanning" of both parents and the child in relation to what is actually happening and can be done, as well as good advice for both the child and parents. If the child himself needs it, then a course of x-number of times can be agreed upon, where both child and parent can be developed to stand stronger in themselves.
PSYCHOLOGICALLY:
Via my skills, experience and knowledge within shock/trauma, anxiety, developmental disorders, ICD-10 diagnoses such as ADHD, nervousness, sensitivity, anxiety etc., as well as of course my intuitive abilities, help you as a family to cooperate better, so that your child will get the best possible support.
I do not make diagnoses, but work based on knowledge of the following ICD-10 codes:
– F20-F29 (Schizoid mental disorders)
– F40-F48 (Anxiety and stress)
– F60-F69 and F90-F98 (Developmental disorders in personality structure and behaviour, children and adults)
Often, children/young people who come to me have previously been through PPR, psychologists, maybe even an examination by child and youth psychiatry, etc., in order to find the best possible support for the child.
Therefore, I want to make a lot of it so that the child will feel safe and seen and met, and made natural, as the child through the experiences with the established system, may have had a feeling of being "strange", "wrong", "different ” etc. So it is important to me that the session does not become "another conversation".
Through my intuitive abilities, I notice what may be challenges for the child, so that you as parents can best support the child, and what you should perhaps pay more attention to. In my experience, these children with behavioral or developmental challenges have an overloaded nervous system, which can often be connected to a major or minor trauma that needs to be resolved. Depending on the child's age, we will work towards releasing this, this can be done via visualization exercises, techniques to deal with everyday life as well as techniques to regulate e.g. impulse control (e.g. in case of anger), just as it can be done via healing or hypnosis. Other times, there is simply a need for conversation/coaching, as the fact that the child is seen and met and made "natural" can be liberating for the child.
ATTENTION! - As a starting point, 4 weeks should pass between each session, but this will be agreed with you as parents and the child.
