Data controller
– Lorantius Spirit Advisors Institute v/ Sebbastian MH Lorantius
is the data controller for the information received from you through us. We are therefore responsible for ensuring that your personal information is handled securely and in accordance with applicable legislation.
In addition to Sebbastian Lorantius, the company Lorantius Spirit Advisors Institute has a personal assistant who receives and encrypts your personal information for the purposes mentioned.

The purpose of having your personal information
– To book appointments in connection with consultations, house cleanings, remote consultations, private events and participation in clairvoyance evenings, courses and workshops.
- To ensure a safe experience with me when storing your audio recording or journal
– To be able to send confirmations and invoices, by telephone and via e-mail.
– To be able to send the audio file to you via your e-mail
(A small excerpt of your session may be used for teaching purposes if deemed relevant)
- So that you can receive newsletters, if this is desired.
– To be able to go back into your medical history if you come to therapy with me, so that I can stay up to date from session to session through journaling.

The information that is recorded about you is
– Name (first name, or first name and last name)
- Your email
– Your mobile number
– Your address (in case of private arrangement)
– Your health information and possibly your CPR number in the event of record keeping. Your medical history/disease history/diagnoses, etc. are recorded in connection with therapy sessions where we work with topics that are, for example, already in your record in the public health system – Especially if you are undergoing examination or treatment in the established health system.
– Your audio recording from your session for up to 5 years from your session
– Agreement on booking in the booking system, Therapist booking.

The information that is thereby registered about you is exclusively the information we have received from you in writing, noted during a session (journaling) and via valid audio recording from the session.

Third Party & Disclosure
– Your information will not be passed on to third parties, nor will it be transferred to third countries or international organisations.

data Processing
- We have a data processing agreement with the booking system, Terapeutbooking, which stores your data and personal data securely and encrypted. It is a requirement that we, as data controller, have a data processing agreement with Terapeutbooking as data processor.

Duration of data storage
- We store your personal data for 5 years from the last activity, after which the data is automatically deleted.

Your rights
- You have the right to gain insight into the information that you have registered with us.
– Your information will be used exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- You can have your personal information deleted or corrected at any time.
