Performance workshop
A performance course for those who want to teach and give lectures
For many people, standing in front of a small or large group of people and communicating can be anxiety-provoking. Whether it's simply giving a speech, talking about yourself and your work, or learning from yourself.
On this course you will learn to trust yourself, use your voice in a lively way, so that you get your audience or your students involved.
During the course, there will be a theoretical and practical review of showmanship, performance, theater sports, coaching concepts, storytelling and presentation. The course is based on the principle "Learning by doing", which is why the learning will primarily take place via practical exercises.
The course is for you who, for example:
- Want to get better at speaking
- Are a lecturer or wish to give a lecture
- Are a teacher or want to teach
- Will strengthen the lively way of telling in presentations
- Wants fluent communication in relationships
- Or simply for those of you who are curious about how you can become a better communicator
Prerequisites for participation:
- You are over 18
- You have the courage to learn something new and are ready to let go of control a little
- Is open to new, ground-breaking exercises that can cross boundaries
- Be aware that it can become vulnerable, but that "space" will be created for this vulnerability

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED AND PAYMENT IS BINDING.
Cancellation policy
- You have reserved your place when you register and thereby bind yourself to your registration and payment, but you only have a final place once you have paid for your place.
- In the event of a no-show, the payment will not be refunded, as you are taking up space that someone else could have enjoyed.
- You are welcome to pass on your place to someone you know personally who has the above prerequisites for participation. However, you must inform about this per email, so that we have the correct information about the participants.
- Your registration and payment are binding! But please send an email to medium@sebbastianlorantius.dk, if you cannot participate anyway.
- We reserve the right to make changes regarding location or time.
- If the event is canceled by Sebastians, the payment will be refunded.
Practical
The course takes place in:

But classes are also held regularly in Odense and selected locations in Jutland, a few times a year.
The workshop will take place over 14 hours, spread over two days between 10-17.
There will be snacks, tea/water/coffee at the workshop,
but you must provide lunch yourself.
You will be between 4-14 participants.
