Course in how to drive a clinic
Are you ready to find your way to independence?
This course will equip you to make a living from your business. The course "The road to independence" is a clinic operation course that you can use as part of your RAB approval (Registered Alternative Practitioner) or to maintain this. The course is also for you who want more knowledge and insight into how to market yourself, how to price your services, and we will also look at the motivation and purpose of running an independent business.
We also touch on applicable legislation, different types of businesses and companies, trade unions, wages, VAT and STATE, clinic design, and creating a space for your client.
Prerequisites for participation:
- You are over 18
- You are an alternative practitioner, in training or dream of becoming an alternative practitioner
- Ready for an intensive course where we review the theory behind starting a business step by step
- Are prepared for the course to be comprehensive and for you to sit still for a long time at a time
- Wants to be RAB approved
During this course you will learn about, among other things:
- Company registration & CVR
- Industry codes, TAX, VAT & deductions
- Audit, bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing
- Digital tools like Dinero, Billy & e-conomic
- Objectives, target group and visual expression
- Branding & SEO
- Marketing via Facebook, Instagram & advertising
- Using a website, Google Business, business cards & Canva
- Network & collaboration
- Insurance, pension, bank account & other subscriptions
- Legislation, including in relation to RAB, the Authorization Act, the Quackery Act and the marketing of healthcare services
- GDPR, consent & data security
- Clinic layout, contract agreements, working hours, handling clients & record keeping
- Hiring, salary negotiation & employee benefits

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED AND PAYMENT IS BINDING.
Cancellation policy
- You have reserved your place when you register and thereby bind yourself to your registration and payment, but you only have a final place once you have paid for your place.
- In the event of a no-show, the payment will not be refunded, as you are taking up space that someone else could have enjoyed.
- You are welcome to pass on your place to someone you know personally who has the above prerequisites for participation. However, you must inform about this per email, so that we have the correct information about the participants.
- Your registration and payment are binding! But please send an email to medium@sebbastianlorantius.dk, if you cannot participate anyway.
- We reserve the right to make changes regarding location or time.
- If the event is canceled by Sebastians, the payment will be refunded.
Practical
The course takes place in:

But classes are also held regularly in Odense and selected locations in Jutland, a few times a year.
The course lasts 14 hours, spread over two days between 10-17, and thus corresponds to 15 lessons in SKAT's minimum requirement of 10 lessons (of 45 min per lesson) in clinical supervision / clinical treatment.
The course is thereby approved for maintenance
or as part of your RAB approval.
There will be snacks, tea/water/coffee at the workshop,
but you must provide lunch yourself.
You will be between 4-14 participants.
