Hypnosis & hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is a state. Anyone can pretty much be hypnotized, but there's never any guarantee.
Hypnosis can:
- Helping you to get rid of unwanted habits, thought and action patterns and beliefs such as OCD, anxiety, phobias, addiction to e.g. sugar or smoking etc.
- Reprogram your insecurity into self-confidence, so that you stand stronger in yourself and have greater confidence in your own resources.
- Relieve yourself in a process of restlessness, thoughts, stress and insomnia, so that the mind can relax more.
- Helping you learn about inappropriate behaviors, patterns and beliefs that you may not even be aware of.
- Helping you to generate experiences that your superconsciousness has forgotten.
As a hypnotist, I will show you great respect, as you may not even know the reason why you do what you do. Therefore, during hypnosis, we will work with your subconscious, and let go of what prevents you from living your life.
During hypnosis you are completely conscious. The great thing about hypnosis is that you won't get into anything you don't want to, since you are in control. Hypnosis is not about power and control, but about reprogramming states within you.
As long as you are open and follow the instructions along the way, you are welcome. You don't have to believe in hypnosis, because it works regardless of whether you are skeptical or not.
When you come, we will talk about the problem you bring, and you will be tested for susceptibility to hypnosis, so that you feel comfortable being it and comfortable with me as a hypnotist. Then we move on to the hypnosis itself, of which we enter and change the perception of previously learned feelings and states.
After a session, you will most likely leave feeling freer, more energetic and uplifted. The problem you bring up can be reprogrammed so that you no longer feel bothered by it. For example, if you stop smoking, you may find that after the session you no longer want to smoke.
Sometimes a single session is needed, other times a shorter course is needed. However, hypnosis is always recommended to be booked as a course to start with.
And what topics can you come up with? The shortest answer is pretty much everything! However, the most common problems are:
- Stop smoking
- Uncertainty
- Fear
- Performance anxiety
- sleep Problems
- Claustrophobia
- Fear of heights
- Low self-esteem
- Weight loss
- Sugar addiction
- Fearlike. conditions such as OCD
ABOUT HYPNOSIS, HYPNOTHERAPY & DIRECT NAVIGATION
Hypnosis is a state. Can everyone be hypnotized? Well, then one could ask: Can everyone breathe?
Throughout our lives, we store old feelings and states. We can reprogram these states by working with the subconscious. During hypnosis, we bypass the critical mind, so that we do not work with you, but a part of you.
We step in and let go of what is no longer useful and useful for you, so that you can live your life the way you want. Sometimes therapeutic tools are needed where we go into the feeling and go into inner child therapy, while other times we just need pure hypnosis techniques to be able to release the inappropriate feelings and states. Sometimes only a single session is needed, while other times a shorter course is needed. There is never any guarantee that it will help you. Hypnosis is also not a form of treatment and cannot cure, but it can help you to let go of inappropriate patterns that you find difficult to deal with in your superconsciousness. On the other hand, there are no side effects with hypnosis.
For some people, it may be that hypnosis is not the right consultation, in which case you will be recommended further to what could be useful for you.
However, there is a difference between hypnosis and hypnotherapy.
- HYPNOSIS:
With hypnosis, via inductions, you quickly get into the state of relaxation that is needed so that we can bypass the critical mind and thereby create a change in consciousness. In hypnosis, we go directly to the heart of the matter and create the change immediately. Therefore, pure hypnosis usually takes less time than hypnotherapy.
Hypnosis usually takes 45 minutes for the first session, and 30 minutes for the other sessions.
- HYPNOTHERAPY:
In hypnotherapy, you slowly get into the state of relaxation that is required so that we can go in together and work with the part of you that holds on to any old patterns. With hypnotherapy, we can go slowly into the different stages of relaxation, whereby you gain access to your unconscious mind, so that you can, for example, come back to a previous event in your life, from which we will go in together and work with, for example, your inner child -problems, why hypnotherapy usually takes a little longer than hypnosis. Hypnotherapy usually takes 60-75 minutes.
- DIRECT NAVIGATION:
Direct Navigation (DN) can be described as mental chiropractic. DN is a method that works directly with the feeling that creates unrest, anxiety or inner blockage. Instead of analyzing the problem, we go straight to the core and deactivate the emotional reaction that holds onto the discomfort. Many of our reactions stem from old beliefs and automatic patterns. When activated, these can create worries, ruminations, low self-esteem or pressure to perform. DN helps to discharge the emotional charge so that the mind no longer reacts with anxiety or uncertainty. When the feeling goes away, the thoughts typically calm down on their own. Should the feeling reappear, it is often about old habits – and here we work on creating new, more supportive reaction patterns. A DN course usually consists of 2–4 short sessions of approximately 30 minutes each.. The method was developed by Mads Shin Lange, founder of Shin hypnosis.
